Hi Ruth, glad you enjoyed the talk. There are lots of different supplements in the NHP range, including IBS support which can support a reduction in IBS symptoms and Agnus Castus Premium Support, Black Cohosh Premium Support, PM Support and Meno Herbal Support which can help support hormone balance. Omega 3 is also important. You can buy most of the NHP supplements in your local health food store on online here https://www.naturalhealthpractice.com/nhp-formulations.html?SID=qj88oc9ola083u4dl352h4pqu1 If you would like individual advice related to your IBS symptoms or hormone health, you are welcome to get in touch with Glenville Nutrition Ireland on clinic@glenvillenutrition.ie

Great information to tackle everyday stress and sleeping. I have been dealing with a lot of stress after having my third baby back in November. Ended up with breast fibroids that I really want to get rid of. I have minimized my carbs intake and working on protein/good fat intake. Sleep is next on my agenda but it can be difficult not to wake up as either one or the other child wakes up sometimes during night plus stress effect. Thank you for this insight, will be getting in touch with the clinic.

Hi Srebrekna, glad you found the talk helpful and that plan sounds good. We would be happy to support you in our Irish clinic, so please get in touch if you need additional help. Some food and gut issues can make children more irritable, as can going for too long without eating or not drinking enough fluid. It's always very individual, especially for children. It might be helpful to track the irritable episodes and see if you can link them to anything in particular. I hope this helps

What advice would you have for breastfeeding mothers who experience broken sleep due to night feeding?

Hi Laura, advice is going to vary from person to person. However as general advice we recommend trying to catch up on sleep during the day where you can, making sure you get to bed as early as you can, staying well hydrated throughout the day and eating regularly every 4 hours during the day. Unfortunately you are limited to the supplements that you can take for sleep support when breast feeding. Hope this helps and that you found the talk helpful
