Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of chia seeds 200 ml of Strawberry and Oat Adez 200 ml of almond milk A handful of berries. Mixed Berry Compote 1 tablespoon of agave or coconut sugar 100g of mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 1 pinch of sea salt Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tablespoons of boiling water Topping - flaked almonds. To make the chia puddings place 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in each jar and add 100ml of Adez and stir well. Allow to sit for 2 minutes and stir in 100 ml of almond milk into each jar. Add a handful of berries to each jar, stir once more and place in the fridge to set - ideally overnight. To make the compote place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer stirring continuously and breaking down the berries with the back of a fork. After about 8 minutes the water will have reduced. Taste for sweetness and add a little more if required. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 4 days. Spoon the compote onto the Chia puddings and top with flaked almonds. *This video is created in collaboration with Adez.
