Our Vitality 2020 Show Partner was Yoga Therapy Ireland
Yoga Therapy Ireland, this year, celebrated its 20th anniversary as a training provide within the yoga sector in Ireland. Over those 20 years we have trained over 700 internationally accredited yoga teachers and yoga therapists. We have also trained several hundred yoga for pregnancy teachers; yoga for sports teachers and yoga for children teachers (many of whom are primary school teachers using their yoga skills within the education system to the enormous benefit of children all over the country).
Having exhibited at the event for the last few years, Yoga Therapy Ireland is thrilled, this year, to partner with Vitality Expo in the provision of all the yoga classes for the show. We will offer two full days of varied classes to suit all abilities and styles of practice – from gentle Hatha to Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Meditation, Yoga for Children, Yoga Nidra and South Baths.
