Dominic & Gráinne are a husband and wife team, with premium health expertise. Dominic, a Sports Scientist has over 20 years’ experience in training clients and he is widely respected in the industry, known for his direct style yet compassionate approach to helping people on a sustainable path to fitness. He is known for his in-depth health and fitness knowledge and trains people of all ages and abilities.
He has joined forces with Gráinne, a qualified Health and Wellness coach who also brings her love of nutritious cooking and its ability to make you feel good, to the table.
They have co-authored a Book ‘Move Train Nourish, The Sustainable Way to a Healthy Life’, published by The Collins Press and in this they offer a unique, practical and inspiring approach to fitness and well-being. By integrating all aspects of a healthy lifestyle – mobility, strength, conditioning, sleep quality, nutrition, wellness and stress management – they offer a comprehensive and sustainable approach to wellbeing. They also share their own personal stories from their life and how what they have learnt through study and personal experience can help anyone lead a healthier happier life.

Dominic Munnelly has a degree in Sports Science backed up by 20 years working in the Health and Fitness Industry. He is a highly respected trainer known for his specialist knowledge, direct but compassionate approach to getting you fit and healthy. His fitness philosophy places huge importance on feeling good and maintaining good health and not just looking good. He has an approach to getting you fit which is sustainable as it integrates all essential aspects to fitness i.e. mobility, strength and conditioning and he has worked with clients of all ages shapes and fitness abilities.
Grainne Parker spent a large part of her working life in Business Consulting and has a deep understanding of the challenges of combining a busy working life and finding a work life balance which enables you to fit in time for essential health and wellbeing activities. She is a Qualified Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Health Science where she qualified with Distinction and she is completing her Stress Management Qualification. In addition, Grainne has completed the 3-month full time cookery course at Dublin Cookery School. She specialises in helping people achieve their health goals whether that be to sleep better, understand and manage their stress better or make improvements in general to their Health and overall Wellbeing such as losing weight or getting back to exercise.
